cockpit refurbishment
We offer high quality interior refurbishing services for jets, planes, and luxury interiors. Upon arrival at our facility, the seats and interior components will be removed before the painting process has started (if applicable). The interior is refurbished while the aircraft goes through the painting process to dramatically decrease your craft's downtime.
interior refurbishment
After the seats are removed, they will be disassembled and the old padding will be replaced, or padding is added according to customer specifications. The seats will be recovered with fabric, leather, or a textile of your choice. All designs and materials will be approved prior to install. The seats will be designed to have a luxurious look and feel, for ultimate comfort for your crew and passengers.
The cockpit seats are also refurbished. They are usually covered with plush wool for maximum comfort for the pilot.
toilet refinished
Before the seats are replaced, the old carpet will be removed. The headliner will be removed. Drink rails or other interior components will be removed as applicable. If desired, these parts can be re-veneered, laquered, or just detailed according to customer specifications. If the interior design is changed, the interior panels will also be removed, cleaned and painted to match the updated design.
cargo re-carpeting
The lavatory will also be removed and refurbished to match the rest of the design. New carpet will be cut and laid throughout the aircraft, and the new headliner will be glued in place. Afterwards, the seats, drink rails, toilet, and other interior pieces will be re-installed.
If the aircraft has carpeted cargo bays, the carpet will be removed and replaced with carpet to match the rest of the interior. Curtains will be replaced, and window coverings will be cleaned or replaced. Door latches, panels, chains, etc. will also be detailed.
